Here is a card I made this afternoon, I have used the sketch from MMSC7 http://www.priscillastyles.blogspot.com/ I have used a Penny Black stamp coloured in with copics, the DP is from Imaginisce - Loves Me, the border punch is Martha Stewart, and the oval punches are from Stampin up. Hope you like it.
